Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitoring progress and providing feedback.
Recruitment & Sourcing:
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and assess candidates.
Agency Management:
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring they adhere to company standards and deliver quality candidates.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with recruitment agencies to secure the best rates and services.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Continuously assess recruitment processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the recruitment strategy.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
