Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The role is crucial in driving our growth by focusing on client acquisition and onboarding, and expanding our clientele across various industries. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for
building and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients for recruitment and staffing solutions
Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, from lead generation to contract finalization
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Draft and present customized business proposals and solutions to clients
Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the recruitment landscape
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients for recruitment and staffing solutions
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in a recruitment or staffing firm
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
In-depth knowledge of recruitment cycles and client servicing
Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
