Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in driving growth through client acquisition, onboarding, and expanding the client base across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building and nurturing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients for graphic design and digital content

  3. Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, from lead generation to contract finalization
    Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  4. Draft and present customized proposals and strategic solutions tailored to client needs
  5. Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to ensure deliverables align with client expectations and quality standards
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in both the design and creative landscapes
  7. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets through strategic planning and execution

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in a Design or Creative industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of design and content cycles and client servicing
  • Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
