Careerlink Hr Solution is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter Team Leaderto join our growing team.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in recruitment,team management, agency
coordination, and clientrelationship management. The ideal candidate will lead a team ofrecruiters, ensuring
the delivery of high-quality candidates to meet our clients’ diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team ofrecruiters, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.

Set clear goals and objectives forthe team, monitoring progress and providing feedback.

Recruitment & Sourcing:
Oversee the entire recruitmentlifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding.
Develop and implementinnovative sourcing strategies to attracttop talent across various industries.
Utilize various recruitmenttools and platforms to source and assess candidates.
Agency Management:
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring they adhere to company standards and
deliver quality candidates.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with recruitment agencies to secure the bestrates and services.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing
tailored recruitment solutions.

Act as the main point of contactfor clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regularreports to senior management.
Continuously assess recruitment processes and implementimprovements to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure allrecruitment activities comply with relevantlaws and regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the recruitment strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, with atleast[X] years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing recruitmentteams and externalrecruitment agencies.
